I've been a pure amateur photographer for a number of years now. I love taking pictures of almost everything that catches my eye or imagination. Using flash is my weakness and kind of unworkable option, unless really necessary, so you will not find many, if any at all, photographs with artificial light in my portfolio.
Travelling is a big part of my life, both actively and spiritually, I am deeply involved in the process of getting to know our amazing planet, Earth. On the other hand, I usually don't travel as a tourist or with organized groups. I simply don't enjoy museums and don't visit "must see" spots according to the quide catalogues. Having said that, I 'm here not to promote any particular place of interest. I simply use TE as my own photo album online, which I can open at any given time and take a look at with retrospective memories. Also, at this point, I must state that not all of my very best photographs fit into my TE portfolio, for some of them are too dear to me, both, in personal and value categories.
Though, I still have a lot to learn about photography or in terms of technical aspects of using the camera's optimal potential, I feel in part as an accomplished man in what I love doing. So, I am glad to be here, among so many of you, fellow photographers, to learn from you and to receive your critiques/comments.
Ps. All pictures in my profile are genuine and copyright protected. Therefore, I grant the rights exclusively to the TrekEarth team for presenting them here. Otherwise, if you would like to acquire any of uploaded photographs from my portfolio, you would better ask me for permission to do so !!!
