|Intro:||UPDATE: May 2015 - Dear friends, I am planning a return soon to the TE community.|
I am a published author and retired country lawyer who enjoys photography and has much to learn. As one travels the circle of life, one often returns to roots, and for me that is travelling around rural areas - British Columbia, Britain, and the United States primarily. My passions are walking footpaths, history, and landscape photography. Britain is unique in boasting some 140,000 miles of public footpaths, much of which run over private land. In a book to be published in the near future - titled "Walking To Camelot," I describe adventures in walking the Macmillan Way, a 290 mile long distance path running through the heart of rural England. Stay tuned for photos of this remarkable journey by way of Theme or Travelogue, as I explore the beauty of the English countryside and intriguing aspects of its history.
