Do you want to become a better photographer? If so, here's a suggestion: Look at the images you love. Examine them closely. Work out why they're special to you. Don't copy them, but instead try and learn from them.
That's why I write critiques, to try and find out what part of an image appeals to me - in finding that, I learn something - and hopefully the photographer I've critiqued learns something too.
"Criticism, like rain, should be gentle enough to nourish a man's growth without destroying his roots." - Frank A. Clark
As I think about my photography more, I'm slowly realising that I take pictures to make people happy, me and hopefully you too!
I have a beginners Photoshop tutorial online here which may be useful, and I also have an HDR tutorial here if those white skies are getting you down ;)
Some more of my pictures can be found on my website:
adrianwarren.com - I hope you enjoy them!
I'm also occasionally posting on TrekLens, and TrekNature as the mood takes me :)
Thankyou for stopping by!
P.S. If you wish to buy prints of some of these shots you can do so here!
