Fast food in Puskar
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Fast food in India is made out in the open in huge pans and pots. Sitting outside under a cloth awning, these men cook nonstop in the heat of the Thar desert. I really like the sweet, fried coiled dough, fried in boiling oil and soaked in syrup. They make a variety of foods, but no eggs or meat in the holy city. This is during the Camel Festival now, largest livestock market in the world.|

Hey Gloria: you'r still roaming about! Great aroma emerging from your fine tableau here. Great amoshpere. Perhaps we ran across one another that week! regards, c
A wonderful slice of daily life, you've shot in India. They do have a wonderful cuisine, and I even like the hot foods from southern India, but usually when I take it in measured morsels. The colors and resolution befit the excellent composition.
