[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little girl is dancing wildly to the music of the singer in front of her in Penn Station. Many adults nearby no doubt wished they were as free-spirited as the girl, but instead listened quietly. After the performance, one man gave a $100 bill for a tip and everyone applauded.

(I made a mistake when I was developing this film; this is the last time I ever developed my own film.)

At least on my monitor, this image is totally blown and grainy. Almost looks like x-ray fogging. I can't really make out the scene at all. Too bad, looks like you captured a rich moment.

There is something eye-catching with this picture... I like it, even if the quality is really bad. I have done a WS for you!

the quality is poor (looks like one of those abandoned pics attacked by fungus) but you caught a rich happy moment.
