A great composition of the frame.
The willow is impressive on the background of an orange wall.
I like the fragment of the turret.

I like this!
It is a photograph that I would have been eager to take!
How good that the eyes can be temporarily confused!
The images and the colours are really strong!
I like your views of Stockholm, too.
It's fun to put a setting to a person and share what they see.
Have a good w/e,

Lep pogled, interesantan i dobar tekst ...
Dobar rad sa lepim fotografijama u radionici, lepo pokazano, dobar kontrast, lepe boje..
Lep drvo i stara arhitektura, lep deo grada.
Zelim vam lep dan, sve najbolje za vikend.
Nice view, interesting and good text ...
Good work with nice photos in the workshop, beautifully shown, good contrast, beautiful colors ..
Nice wood and old architecture, nice part of the city.
I wish you a nice day, all the best for the weekend.
Haha, jeg troede også at det var et vægmaleri, da jeg så billedet før jeg læste navnet. Det store, mørke træ og de grønne træer bag det danner ellers en meget smuk forgrund for væggens varme farver og husets former er den perfekte ramme. Meget godt fanget!

A very well composed image. The silhouette in the foreground gives a nice depth, same as the warm color of the wall. A kind of wild nature in the city.

la primavera ti ha tolto dal tuo straordinario archivio e sei andato alla ricerca di soggetti attuali.
Ottime le foto dei ws, ma questa è senza dubbio la migliore.

Hello Gert, a trick for our eyes!
The beautifully shaped building makes a great backdrop for the pollarded tree, plus the warm ochre colour. Great observation.
Good to see your other two pictures, showing the area that you live.
Have a good w/e.

This is a photograph that is somewhat different from most others in your gallery. The silhouette of the leafless tree against the orange background is stunning which itself contrasts very well against the clear blue sky. I liked a lot the views of Stockholm too that you have shared in the WS.
Best regards and have a great weekend!

Hello Gert, Very well observed this Quasi-mural. It is a bit like the Kora mural in Warsaw, that there are branches of a real tree, their shadows and painted. Here is only nature. Great composition. Maybe someone will see it and be inspired and will paint something? Nice also Workshop pictures.
I am packed and I go very soon. I am very curious how it will be.
Have a nice Sunday. After hot days in Warsaw, now it is a bit colder and cloudy.

The tree is framing well the building. The point of view is showing the details of the building. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

The heavily pruned fg tree in silhouette does at first glance look like a mural painted on the wall but a closer inspection quickly reveals its between the fg fence and the green bushes. Well spotted and photographed. Tfs!

Hallo Gert Despite your prior warning, I consider the artist painter is quite talented for the tiny twigs he drew on the sky and on the frontage. I can easily imagine your excitement, getting your camera ready to capture such a ghostly visitation.
You reveal great powers of observation in this magnificent oddity. Halsningar

This is brilliant! Your very own "trompe l'oeil" without even having taken the effort to lift a paintbrush!
But this is yet another of your wonderful lessons to us all to keep our eyes open - not only to "look" but also to "see"!
The dark silhouette of the pollarded tree does indeed, at first glance, appear to be a mural on that large gable of the building but the leafy bushes below are just a bit of a give away. Yet perfectly seen and perfectly taken too.
I like your workshop picture which gives us a wider view of the area but I like most your other workshop image of the bike secured to the railings (clearly bike theft is as much a problem in Sweden as anywhere else) and the lady in red.

Bonjour, cher Gert,
Alors là ! bravo pour le résultat, il y a de quoi tromper l'oeil pour croire que l'arbre constitue une fresque sur la façade.
Le résultat est saisissant de réalisme.

This must become a mural!
You may not have the ambition to be the artist of the realization of this mural on this facade, but you have seen the fantastic possibilities.
Imagine: This beautiful silhouette of this pollard willow painted on the facade with the same tree but then with leaves.
If I were you, I would propose the community to realize this mural.
Have a good weekend, groet Rob

The strong light makes the view of the tree really flat, losing the depth of the image, but that's exactly what makes the composition so interesting! It really looks like a big painting on the wall, so you got it at the right time! And the well saturated colors of the rest of the scene make it very beautiful! Excellent job!

This is an amusing optical illusion. The color of this regal home makes the perfect backdrop for that interesting tree silhouette. I like the small, exotic-looking dome on top of the house, too.

After the large front wall, when you see it in small if you believed in another mural, when you open it you see the tree in backlight and the railing, with the green of the other young trees behind, but the effect of this large tree on the orange facade is fabulous, without a doubt a great photo very well seen and very original.
The management of color and light, are magnificent, highlighting the beauty and sharpness of the image.
Very well done. I like it
Enjoy a good day
Very best regards.

Well ! It's better than a mural !
How clever of you to have captured that dark stump of a tree along with the new fine branches that give such an elegant effect on the ochre wall.
And of course, the budding green branches are a plus.
Congratulations for this original capture.

i have to admit, yes, you fooled me. I really did think it was a mural until i noticed the tree branches extending outwards beyond the building. Gotta give you credit too, I get the feeling most people wouldn't have noticed this photo as a fake mural, good eye to spot it in that way. excellent WS city scenes too. cheers
Three splendid pictures of Spring in Stockholm but the main photo is really terrific!
Especially when you look only at the upper part of the photo, the tree looks like a mural. But we can still see the small twigs with the sky in the background.
The colour of the facade is also very appropriate to have such a wall drawing.
Only it's a historic building ...
Well observed and executed.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Gert, great picture of this interesting composition, very well captured in this interesting image, with good sharpness, light, color and quality. A great job perfectly done, my congratulations my friend. Thanks for sharing this beautiful work.
Good night and happy rest of the week.
All the best from the south of Spain.
Hello Gert, the ochre color building has a remarkable architecture. Before opening the thumbnail i believe it was a mural representing a tree on the wall. That tree has not been pruned cleanly, the gardeners really mutilate it, they didn't leave any branches. It's a pity, now it is maybe going to die. It was already the spring season and i don't see any leaves on its stems.

- [2019-07-14 6:20]
If you had not said it in the note and for a few branches sticking out on the left it really looks like a work of street art. Very clever photo.
You must feel even better after adding a couple of photos with people in them in WS... ;-)
