[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a slide taken some years ago, in New Mexico, while visiting the area. The church which is more than 200 years old is called after St Francis of Assisi and found in Rancho de Taos. I remember I had heard the name " Adobe " for the first time when getting descriptions about the local architecture. The name has become famous after the software, but this is the origin.

Of course I know this church very well, and I have early morning shots from the same side. Luckily in my case, there was water on the ground which reflected the building nicely. Now, the interesting thing is that the famous Ansel Adams photos of the place were taken from the other side, which is just a bland wall in my opinion. Anyhow, very nice composition but I believe it needs some more contrast and warmth to counter the blue dominance. Best wishes,

Merhaba dear Izzet.

Nice, nice compo with this "frame" inside the picture. I like the effect of it.

Rgs, Oscar!
PS: What about your new "toy"?

Bonsoir, cher ami Izzet,

Like the certain rythm of white crosses, brings a special melody to your composition.. The colour contrast in between intensive blue sky and light stone has so much of Mediteranian scent..
with regards, Agnieszka

Hello izzet

Nice use of the fg rectangular arch to frame the bg scene, with good repetition of the crosses. Tfs!

mavi, beyaz ve gri renklerin enfes birlikteliğnde harika bir açı ve kompozisyon olmuş...

Hello Izzet Bey,
Over 40.000 points, 1237 masterpieces is certainly quite an achievement. Measly compared to your overall photo career, with prizes and over a million truly superb photos, which blogs my mind when I see each one of them, and quite difficult to pick and choose a favorite.
Superb angle and composition, wonderful sharpness. The crosses and the way they are placed in the photo clearly making the whole difference.
I wish you an excellent weekend. Best personal regards. Salvator.

merhaba izzet bey
müthiş bir bakış açısı,harika bir persfektif ve nefis bir görüntü.özellikle mavi gökyüzü ile ön ve arka planda haçların dizilişi son derece güzel elinize sağlık.

nice framing. great composition. it looks a bit overexposed, but i guess it has to do with the conversion process. yet, you might want to photoshop it a bit.
