Street Art 360

Today a few more examples of graffiti creativity at the NDSM site in Amsterdam Noord.
Not only sea-containers and walls, but also Road Blocks and Lamp Posts are a suitable backdrop for the inquisitive graffiti student.
The second workshop shows behind the front of one of the sheds a combination of a row with exercises in murals in the upper left corner and on the ground floor the reflection of the graffiti-containers including a selfie.

I add the dark frame to the picture to give the posts a screen format of 1920x1080 pixels
The idea is that, if you use the links in the text, you have a full screen image of the picture with the photo in the centre of a dark screen.
This works with the browsers and screens I use, but I’m not sure that everybody will have the same result.

Hello Rob,
As a fan of Sreet or Wallarts, this one from Amsterdam is also very nice.
Good pov and layout, perfect sharpness.
Nice simple framing.
TFS and best regards

Ciao Rob, fantastic street art, thanks for WS too, wonderful colors, fine details and splendid sharpness, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hi Rob,

The tight frame is putting the artwork in evidence. The point of view is showing the details of the artwork. The light has agood effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Hallo Rob,
Deze grote rode lippen lopen vast mooi vooruit op de koninklijke kus die morgen ongetwijfeld de wereld rond gaat. Mooi graffitiwerk zelfs op zo'n oud, versleten stuk beton.

Hallo Rob,
Prettig weekend, Paul

Hello Rob,
Perhaps not a first class graffiti but a great place to put it. Road blocks certainly need more kisses! This may be the most eye-catching of today's three photos, and so a reasonable choice for main upload, but photographically I prefer those in the workshop. The lamp post is a nicely composed minimalistic picture and the inside-outside offers glimpses of a lot of interesting paintings behind a pattern of blue lines and chicken wire.
Have a nice weekend,

Hello, Rob!

Really a curious place for a graffiti, any space is enough for a good artist to show his job! And it's a beautiful and colorful photo, with excellent light and sharpness! Very nice job!

Hello Rob,
Your previous photo was eye-catching, but I like this one even better. The art is a bit more subtle, and I like the use of a different type of canvas. Here in NYC there is a trend to also put artistic stickers around the city. They are often found on poles and mailboxes. I wonder if that is also included there in Amsterdam.

Hello Rob,
nice the view of the three graffites that really use a great fantasy to create these ones.Excellent presentation.

Hello Rob, Interesting three pictures of street art, but not especially artistic for me. I like most the Workshop picture with the blue grid. On the other hand, it is colorful and better than just the plain block.
Have a nice weekend
Kind regards Malgo

Hello Rob,

Well three very different views of the street art and all presented in a very individual way.
I understand why you have chosen the lips as the main post because it also announces what is being shown.
My favourite has to be the lamppost. I just love its individuality, using such a narrow surface are and, of course, your excellent composition makes it cross the frame in a dramatic manner.

Have a lovely day,
Bev :-)

Dag Rob,

Hello Rob,

The first thing I thought of viewing this was Lipps Inc and the old song about NYC (Funkytown).

The lips certainly dominate the block of stone. Well seen and photographed with excellent sharpness. Tfs!

Hello Rob,
The luscious red lips make for a vibrant and eye-catching focal point; difficult to walk by without taking a photo. I like the close framing and the vivid colours plus the nicely rendered textural detail in the blockwork.

The "Inside-Outside" WS would be my choice, Rob - a master work in photography.
All three pic.s of street graffiti are well observed and good photojob's.
Wish you a nice weekend,

Dobar dan.
Interesantan pogled, dobar tekst ...
Dobar rad sa lepim fotografijama u radionici, lepo pokazan grafit i detalji lepih boja.
Lep grafit.
Dobar tekst o koriscenoj tehnici i elementima snimka.
Zelim vam lep dan, sve najbolje, srecno.

Good day.
Interesting view, good text ...
Good work with nice photographs in the workshop, beautifully shown graffiti and details of beautiful colors.
Nice graffiti.
Good text about the used technique and the elements of the image.
I wish you a nice day, all the best, good luck.

Very nice painting, I like street art, but not stupid slogans and scary characters. This here is an optimistic mural, a little coquettish, very well captured

Hello Rob,

interesting image of this street art, I like the composition and the details of this painted mouth, it is a different photo, well done,

Best regards,

Hi Rob
First off, I think you will appreciate my newest post :)
Or at least I hope you do.

I have to say, I don't think i've ever seen graffiti on a lamp post before! Thats a creative way to use space. but from an artistic point of view it'd be hard for the artist to show their material.

this concrete block is much better, from a visual point of view anyways. unique and eye catching for TE, I like it
