|This is an aspect from the centre of Amaliada, a town in Ilia Prefecture, |
at about 7:00 a.m. in the morning.
(I took this photo this morning.)
The church in the backdrop is the church of Saint Athanasios.
The central square of the town is also called Saint Athanasios square.
The previous night it was raining, so everything is wet.
It is still too early for people to walk around, so everything looks deserted,
but after a while the picture changes completely.
The city is quite vibrant during the day and most of the nights.
Rains in this place, occur almost every day during Winter,
but itís something people get used to live with.
Thank you for visiting.
