Bonjour, mon ami Philippe,

My friend was one year ago in tyhe area Fontenay with his mobile home.
He speak of a nice area, very quiet.
Also your picture is nice, you know I like old buildings an certainly churches.
Sharpness and clarity are superb.
Nice colours and pleasant presentation.
Very well done, TFS.

Amitiés et bon-weekend,
John.

Hello Philippe,
Excellent capture of this ancient stone chapel. It is well placed in the frame and shown in the context of its surroundings. Nicely illuminated with well rendered colours and some lovely textural detail. Bit of a nuisance about the the overhead power lines, but even churches need electricity.

Hello Philippe,
I hope this fairly plain but very attractive chapel will adorn this place for many more centuries. I like the well captured rough texture of the stones and also the glimpse of the road further on. The small signs in the foreground have really no connection to the chapel but provide graphically nice details. The light is well managed and falls beautifully on the chapel's gable.
Kind regards,
Gert

Bonjour Philippe,

Pierre

Bonjour Philippe,
Excellent capture of this charming old chapel. The light was pleasant and soft and adds a nice play of light and shadow around the old walls. Good composition too.

Frank

Hello Philippe,
It's a nice view of a charming old stone building standing humbly by the roadside.
