[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In Honduras I could see many skinny and hungry dogs. This particular dog looked very well feed and living in a nice house. If he wants to continue to live the life of luxury then he has to be on the lookout from competition from other dogs. Being on the lookout can be tiring to his head and neck. Here he uses the bolts from a downed street lamp to rest his tired head. He can close his eyes and sleep yet still give you the impression that he is on the lookout.
Necessity is the mother of invention.

This one makes me smile. Can't tell if he's sleeping, I think he's got his eyes open still. By the way, Honduras...how very applicable - in Dutch, the word "Hond", means Dog ;-)

oooh! nice picture and dog :-)
good DOF and composition as well. the whole results on an interesting picture. I like it!

Hallo marvin
Hope his masters are not around to see that their guard is about to take a nap in duty hours. They will punish him in hunger for two days:-)))
